PRODUCTS
Every item from rafinesse & tristesse is manufactured by hand in Switzerland or Germany and is made mostly from recycled materials. Our kitchen items are all unique, but we can produce matching stools in small quantities. When ordering one of our products, please use our pictograms to choose the details of your item. We cannot guarantee the availability of specific tins or color and size of details, but we will try to accommodate specific requests.

PAYMENT
All payments have to be received by us within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. Orders will not be processed until the payment is received. Payments have to be made by transfer to our bank account. |

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Order processing times and date of delivery are determined on a case-by-case basis through communication with the customer. All customers will be billed the actual shipping charge, and they are responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or tariffs that might occur. |

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS CLAIMS
All claims for damaged or lost goods must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of goods. All returns require our approval. All recycled materials can show signs of wear and tear, e.g. scratches, dents, and traces of paint. Here we do not admit any claim. |

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All items manufactured by rafinesse & tristesse are either pieces of furniture (“tin tuffet”) or art objects (“frizzle sizzle” and “splish splash”). Although every care has been taken to ensure proper workmanship and safety, these products cannot be guaranteed to be safe for children. |

PLACE OF JURISDICTION
The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany. All transactions between rafinesse & tristesse and its customers are governed by German law. |
